Complaints - We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days. We aim to resolve all customer complaints within 14 days. You will always be kept informed by email or by telephone until the complaint is resolved.

All orders can be cancelled within seven days of receipt of the order. If you cancel your order, you need to return the products in original sealed package! You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return. The refund will be minus shipping and administration costs. We do not accept returns of: Any item that is returned more than 7 days after ordering. Any item that is not in its original sealed condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

We will not reimburse you should any products be kept or destroyed by local authorities.
